As the Managing Agent for Bishop Arts Tenth Street Condominium Association, Inc., we would like to inform all homeowners that the Virtual Annual Election Meeting has been scheduled for Monday July 1, 2024, 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to elect two (2) Class A Members to the Board of Directors, and to discuss normal business of the Association. The simplest way to submit your ballot is electronically. An electronic vote counts for quorum, and a proxy isn’t needed if you submit an electronic vote. Please see the attached Notice of Virtual Annual Election Meeting for full details.

We look forward to seeing everyone at the Virtual Annual Election Meeting on Monday July 1, 2024, 6:00 pm. Only the Owner of record or the proxy holder may cast a vote, and only one vote per household. Due to the virtual format of the meeting, floor nominations and write-in candidates will not be accepted, Deadline to submit ballot/proxy is June 30, 2024, 9:00 pm.
