As the Managing Agent for Bishop Arts Tenth Street Condominium Association, Inc., we would like to remind all homeowners that the Virtual Annual Election Meeting has been scheduled for Monday April 17, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to elect one (1) Class A Member to the Board of Directors, and to discuss normal business of the Association.
We have made the Agenda, Proxy, and Ballot available for download. However, the quickest way to submit your ballot is electronically on the website. According to Texas § 209.00592 an electronic vote counts for quorum, so a proxy isn’t needed if you submit an electronic vote either on the HOA website, by emailing the ballot to lori@essexhoa.com, or by fax. You may also mail the ballot, instructions on the enclosed notice.
