Fire Alarm Inspection

This is a friendly communication to advise the homeowners of Bishop Arts Tenth Street Condominium Association, Inc., that our Annual Fire Sprinkler Inspection / Fire Alarm Inspection is due. We are asking for all homeowners to plan accordingly and to grant us permission to access their unit for the inspections. The date of inspections will be on Monday, July 19th. The schedule is as follows:

1:00pm-3:30pm (Approximate)

Please be advised that during testing the alarm will be sounding on and off. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

By doing a complete registry as a Homeowner you will have access to various resources and benefits such as; viewing your account, making payments, accessing community documents and you will be able to submit questions or concerns via our web submission tool to reach all of our departments (Compliance, Maintenance, Billing, General Questions, etc.). We monitor on a daily basis for fast response and resolution.
